NSR: A Natural Solution to Stress

Introduction

NSR (Natural Stress Relief™) is an effortless, easy-to-learn mental technique, practiced for 15 minutes twice a day while sitting with the eyes closed in a comfortable chair. It produces a unique state of deep rest that dissolves internal stress efficiently.

Requirements

NSR requires no special background, training, or education. It works for everyone regardless of background or religious beliefs. It's also not just for weathly people; we keep the price of the NSR course low by mailing the course directly to each client. Unlike other ways to learn transcending, the fourth state of the physiology and of consciousness, NSR requires no teacher, no travel for each lesson, and no high course fee (unlike Transcendental Meditation™); you learn by teaching yourself from the NSR learning materials.

The only actual requirements are fluency in English, Portuguese, or Italian (we add new languages as translation volunteers appear), the ability to read, hear, and follow simple instructions, and the ability to think a thought.

Support

Once you have learned NSR from our six-lesson, three-day course, ongoing support is available for those few who need or wish it. Free support is available through our online client forum, and low-cost private support is available by email, telephone, and Zoom audio. Four prepaid email consultations are included in our standard learning package for free, and at least one voice consultation (meditation check) is recommended once you have finished your course and are meditating on your own.

Scientific Research

Although NSR is still too new to attract independent research, we have verified reproducible changes during meditation in GSR and EEG by informal measurements. We have also verified improvements in anxiety and self-actualization by using standard psychological inventories. Our validation of significant reduction in anxiety consists of two independent studies, one with N=50. We have published two pilot papers on this work in psychological journals, and you can request a reprint of our second paper when you order the NSR course.
