Five Steps To Learn:

Step 1.

The first step is to find out about NSR right here on this website and decide you would like to learn it, either because you have desires in life that are not being fulfilled, because you have anxiety or other problems, because you are so successful that you are at risk for burnout, or because you would like to discover authentic peace, happiness, love, or productivity from within yourself, as a result of a stronger nervous system through freedom from stress.

Step 2.

The next step is to order the course. You\'ll need to complete a rather long form that asks what we need to know in order to give any needed advice before you receive your course, or during any later support. Your information is stored in a database that has no access via the Internet, to assure security. Your financial information is only seen by our secure payment providers, and we have no access to it at all. You will receive a client identification number that helps to ensure your privacy. Step 3.

When you receive your NSR Manual, you will see that it contains six lessons that are taken two a day, morning and evening, over three consecutive days. Each lesson has simple instructions that you follow, one at a time. You will actually start practicing NSR meditation in Lesson One. The Manual guides you, step by step, so you cannot fail, regardless of your background.

Step 4.

After you finish the six NSR lessons, you will know how to transcend thinking and experience pure consciousness, and how to gradually eliminate all stress from the nervous system. It's very easy, and only takes 15 minutes twice a day. You are likely to experience at least a taste of the promised benefits during the three days of your course, and they are likely to deepen as time goes on. If you have any problems (most problems are due to having previously learned an incompatible meditation technique), we offer three convenient forms of free and low-cost support.

Step 5 (optional).

After a week or two of meditation on your own, you may wish to purchase a meditation check or another form of support. A meditation check is a voice consultation with a trained NSR instructor that ensures you've learned deeply and correctly. There are no expensive hidden costs, as with some other forms of meditation instruction: no advanced courses, no books or videos to buy, no retreats to attend, no hidden costs at all. The ability to practice NSR is yours for the rest of your life, so the benefits you experience during the NSR course continue to deepen and flourish without a time limit.
